WHEB Partners investment process follows a four stage process: 

• Initial Screen – Review of business plan against investment criteria
• First Review – Detailed review of business plan and initial market assessment
• Detailed Review – Due diligence on the market, business model, technology, product, management and financials
• Final due diligence and completion – legal due diligence and investment agreements

We will ensure you are kept well informed of your company’s progress throughout each stage.

If your proposal passes beyond the first review, your company will be assigned a Partner and an Associate or Principal who will work alongside you throughout this process.
