Patented process for rapid room sanitation and disinfection using ozone for medical and food processing markets

Steritrox Ltd is a leading developer of a patented process for rapid room sanitation and disinfection. The company’s technology uses a “fog” of ozone and hydroxyl radicals to strongly sanitise all surfaces and air, killing all pathogens including those such as Listeria, E. coli and MRSA followed by a catalysing process (developed in partnership with Johnson Matthew) allowing rapid room re-entry.

In September 2012, Steritrox announced a technology license agreement with Dow Microbial Control, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW). Under the agreement, Dow Microbial Control will have exclusive rights to Steritrox whole room decontamination technologies for use in all non-medical applications worldwide. Steritrox is currently seeking strategic partners for the medical application of the technology.
